Are your graded cards genuine?

Every graded listing is slabbed by PSA, Beckett (BGS) or ACE, and each grader publishes a certification lookup, so you can check a cert number before you buy.

Is the slab pictured the slab I receive?

Graded cards are one-of-one, so the slab in the listing is the slab we ship. Sealed product is shown in its retail packaging.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Tracked and insured.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-5 business days. Both figures are business days and they run one after the other.

How do pre-orders work?

Each pre-order shows the publisher's release date. It ships as soon as the product arrives with us. If the date moves we email you, and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.

Can I return a sealed box?

Within 30 days, while the factory shrink-wrap is unbroken. Once opened it cannot come back, because opened and sealed are different products at different prices.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at present — we ship within the United States. If that changes it will be stated on the shipping policy page.
